2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who are enrolled participants in the NutritionX Fall Reset Challenge. Employees of NutritionX LLC, its coaches and contractors, and their immediate family and household members are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participants are responsible for ensuring that entry is permitted under the laws of their state.

3. Contest period

The Fall Reset Challenge runs from Monday, September 28, 2026 through Sunday, November 8, 2026. Registration closes Friday, September 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time, or earlier if all 50 spots are filled.

4. How to enter

Enrollment in the Fall Reset Challenge ($149.99) includes automatic entry into the transformation contest. To be eligible to win, a participant must:

Submit starting ("day one") photos through Trainerize by the deadline announced at the start of the program;

Submit final photos at the end of the six weeks; and

Remain in good standing under the NutritionX Terms and community guidelines.

Day-one photos are required. Without them there is no baseline to judge against, so a participant who does not submit them cannot win the prize. They remain a full participant in the program.

5. Judging

Entries are judged by Nick Page and Cristian Mejía of NutritionX, together with an independent third-party judge selected by NutritionX. Judging is based on two criteria, weighted equally:

Overall transformation. The before-and-after photos, judged relative to the participant's own starting point.

Engagement and participation. How actively the participant took part in the community, group calls, and the program itself.

Engagement can outweigh a better physical result. A participant with the strongest before-and-after photos but no engagement will not beat a participant with a slightly less dramatic transformation who showed up, participated, and supported the group.

This contest is not judged on most weight lost.

Judges' decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this contest.

6. Prize

One (1) grand prize will be awarded: $500 in cash, a Ninja Creami ice cream maker, and six (6) additional weeks of one-on-one coaching with NutritionX. Approximate retail value: over $1,000. Exact value of the coaching component depends on then-current rates.

The prize is awarded as stated and is not transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent is offered, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize element of equal or greater value if an element becomes unavailable. The coaching component must be redeemed within ninety (90) days of the award date and is subject to scheduling availability.

Any taxes associated with the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

7. Winner notification

The winner will be selected and notified by email and, where provided, by phone within fourteen (14) days after the program ends on November 8, 2026. The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification and confirm acceptance of the prize. If the winner cannot be reached within that period, declines the prize, or fails to return required documents, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to the next highest-scoring entrant.

8. Use of name and likeness

Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for NutritionX LLC to use the winner's first name, city and state, and submitted before-and-after photos in connection with announcing the contest results, unless prohibited by law. Any broader marketing use of a participant's photos, full name, or story requires separate written permission, as stated in the NutritionX Terms.

9. Disqualification

NutritionX may disqualify any participant who submits altered, misrepresented, or fraudulent photos or measurements; who violates the community guidelines; who uses methods that endanger their health; or who otherwise attempts to undermine the fair operation of the contest.

10. Health and safety

This contest is not a weight-loss competition and is not medical care. Participants should consult a physician before beginning any nutrition or exercise program. Extreme dieting, dehydration, or any unsafe practice to improve contest standing is grounds for disqualification. Participation is voluntary, and participants assume the risks described in the NutritionX Terms.

11. Limitation of liability

By entering, participants release NutritionX LLC and its owners, employees, coaches, and contractors from any claim, liability, injury, loss, or damage arising out of participation in the contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Charitable donation

NutritionX donates $50 of every Fall Reset Challenge entry to the MSK Kids Joy Fund. A participant's $149 is a payment for goods and services and is not a tax-deductible charitable contribution. Memorial Sloan Kettering is not a sponsor or administrator of this contest.

13. Not affiliated

This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with SharkNinja Operating LLC (maker of the Ninja Creami), Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, Skool, Trainerize, or any other third-party platform. Ninja and Creami are trademarks of their respective owner.

14. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with this contest is handled according to the NutritionX Privacy Policy, available at nutritionx.co/privacy-policy.

15. Governing law

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute relating to this contest will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, New York.

16. Changes

NutritionX may amend these rules or cancel the contest if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the contest. Any change will be posted on this page.
