This Privacy Policy explains how NutritionX LLC, doing business as NutritionX ("NutritionX," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit nutritionx.co, sign up for our emails or text messages, or purchase or participate in our programs (together, the "Services").

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

- Contact details: name, email address, phone number, city/state.

Purchase information: items purchased, order history, and billing details. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

Health and fitness information you choose to share: intake and questionnaire answers, goals, height, weight, body measurements, dietary preferences, allergies or restrictions, activity levels, weekly check-in responses, and progress photos.

Content you post in our community spaces, including comments, questions, and messages to coaches.

Correspondence with us by email, text message, or through forms.

Information collected automatically

Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page, and timestamps.

Cookies and similar technologies, including [Meta pixel / Google Analytics which help us understand site traffic and measure advertising.

Information from other services

We use third-party platforms to deliver our programs — including Skool (community and courses), Trainerize (workouts and check-ins), Stripe (payments), Google Workspace (email), and HighLevel/LeadConnector (our CRM, email, and text messaging system). These platforms provide us with information related to your account and participation.

2. Sensitive information and health data

Some of the information you provide — such as weight, measurements, dietary restrictions, and progress photos — is personal health-related information. We collect it only when you choose to provide it, and we use it solely to deliver coaching, nutrition guidance, accountability, and program administration.

NutritionX is not a healthcare provider, and the Services are not medical care. We are not a covered entity under HIPAA, and information you share with us is not protected health information under that law. Do not send us medical records or diagnostic information you do not want us to have.

Progress photos. Photos you submit are used to administer the program and judge the challenge. We will not publish, post, or use your photos in marketing unless you give us separate written permission.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

deliver the programs, courses, plans, community access, and coaching you signed up for;

process payments, refunds, and the completion-based guarantee;

administer the challenge and determine the winner;

send you transactional messages such as receipts, access details, schedules, and reminders;

send you marketing emails and, if you have separately opted in, marketing text messages;

respond to your questions and provide support;

measure and improve our website, offers, and advertising;

keep the Services secure and prevent fraud or abuse; and

comply with legal obligations.

4. How we share information

We share information with:

Service providers that run parts of our business on our behalf — payment processing, CRM, email and SMS delivery, community and training platforms, analytics, and hosting. They may use the information only to provide services to us.

Professional advisors such as accountants and attorneys, where needed.

Legal and safety recipients, when we believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.

A successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Text messaging (SMS) information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
