Terms and Conditions

1. Who may use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials confidential.

2. Not medical advice

NutritionX provides nutrition coaching, education, accountability, and fitness programming. We are not a medical practice, and nothing we provide is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our coaches are not acting as your physician or as your licensed dietitian.

Consult your physician before starting any nutrition or exercise program, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, or have a medical condition such as diabetes, heart disease, an eating disorder, or a food allergy. Stop and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms. You participate voluntarily and assume the risks of physical activity and dietary change.

3. Results are not guaranteed

Results vary based on your starting point, effort, consistency, genetics, health status, and many other factors. Testimonials and progress stories reflect individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed results. We make no promise of any particular outcome, including weight loss or body composition change.

4. Purchases and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe, and by purchasing you also agree to Stripe's terms. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the amount shown, including any applicable taxes.

The Fall Reset Challenge is $149, limited to 50 participants, with registration closing Friday, September 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. The program runs September 28 through November 8, 2026. We may close registration earlier if the program fills.

Chargebacks. If you dispute a charge without contacting us first, we may suspend your access to the Services while the dispute is resolved.

5. Guarantee

The Fall Reset Challenge carries a completion-based guarantee. To qualify, you must submit every weekly check-in and complete all six weeks of the program. If you meet those requirements and are not happy with your results, email [email protected] by November 11, 2026 and we will refund your $149 in full.

Requests made after that date, or from participants who did not complete the requirements above, do not qualify. Refunds outside of this guarantee are at our discretion.

6. Access and program materials

When you purchase a program, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the materials for your own use. Access may be delivered through third-party platforms such as Skool and Trainerize and is subject to their terms.

You may not copy, record, resell, share, distribute, or publicly post our videos, meal plans, worksheets, or other materials, and you may not share your login with anyone else. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, without refund.

All content, branding, and materials remain the property of NutritionX LLC or its licensors.

7. Community conduct

Our community spaces are for support and accountability. You agree not to harass, threaten, or demean other members; not to share other members' photos, check-ins, or personal information outside the community; not to promote or sell products or services without our permission; and not to give medical advice to other members. We may remove content or members at our discretion.

8. Content you submit

You keep ownership of the content you submit, including check-ins, comments, measurements, and progress photos. You grant us a license to use that content as needed to operate the Services and administer the program you are enrolled in, including judging the challenge. We will not use your photos, name, or story in marketing without your separate written permission.

9. Challenge and prize

The Fall Reset Challenge includes a transformation contest. The prize for the best transformation is $500 cash, a Ninja Creami, and six additional weeks of one-on-one coaching. Full eligibility, entry requirements, judging criteria, and prize details are set out in the Official Contest Rules posted on this site, which are part of these Terms.

Entry requirements may include submitting starting photos, measurements, and weekly check-ins by stated deadlines. Judging is at the discretion of NutritionX and its coaches, and decisions are final. Prizes may be taxable to the winner, who is responsible for any applicable taxes.

10. Charitable donation

NutritionX donates $50 of every Fall Reset Challenge entry to the MSK Kids Joy Fund. Your $149 is a payment for goods and services and is not a tax-deductible charitable contribution. Memorial Sloan Kettering's acceptance of a donation does not constitute an endorsement of NutritionX or of any health claim made by us.

11. Email communications

By providing your email address, you agree to receive emails about the programs you purchase and, where you have opted in, marketing emails about our offers and content. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email or by emailing [email protected]. We will still send transactional messages related to your purchases.

12. Text messaging (SMS) program terms

Program. NutritionX LLC offers recurring marketing and account-related text messages to customers and prospects who opt in.

How to opt in. You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a NutritionX form, texting a keyword to our number, or otherwise giving express written consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier may.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again.

Help. Reply HELP to any message, or email [email protected].

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed.

Privacy. See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

13. Acceptable use

You may not use the Services to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malware, scrape or copy the site, or interfere with its operation or security.

14. Third-party services

The Services rely on third-party platforms, including Stripe, Skool, Trainerize, Google, and HighLevel/LeadConnector. We are not responsible for their availability, performance, or acts and omissions, and their terms apply to your use of them.

15. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NutritionX LLC and its owners, employees, and coaches will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of or relating to the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NutritionX LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You and NutritionX agree to try to resolve any dispute informally by emailing [email protected] first. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
