NUTRITIONX CLIENTS

THEY STARTED EXACTLY

WHERE YOU ARE

NutritionX clients who paired the right strategy with real

coaching and put in the work — the challenge is your first step

onto the same path.

"I was training hard and going backwards"

Six months of consistent gym work and the scale was moving the wrong way. The muscle was there — it was just buried. We left his training alone and fixed what he was actually eating. Four months later: 11 lbs of fat gone, the muscle still on.

"Six months with weight-loss nutritionists. Nothing moved."

I'd already spent six months working with specialists and hadn't lost a pound. I was starting to think something was wrong with me. Cris was the first person who asked to see my bloodwork — and the first who built my food around what it showed instead of just cutting my calories again. Eight months later I'm down 22 pounds, and my doctor is thrilled with my latest labs.

"I stopped having to choose between my career and my body"

Long hours, weekend soccer, and cycling — and no appetite for a complicated plan. So we built the nutrition around the schedule he already had instead of asking him to change it. Seven months later: 13 lbs of muscle gained, body fat down 3%.

These testimonials reflect the personal experiences of individual NutritionX coaching clients and are not results from the Fall Reset Challenge. They reflect progress made over several months of one-on-one coaching. Results vary based on individual effort, consistency, starting point, and individual circumstances. Nothing on this page is medical advice, and NutritionX does not diagnose or treat any medical condition. Talk to your doctor before starting any nutrition or exercise program.

WHY IT KEEPS FALLING APART

01

NO START DATE

It's always Monday. Then it's next Monday. "After Labor Day" becomes "after the holidays" becomes January — and none of that is a discipline problem. There's just never a date you're actually accountable to.

02

YOU WERE HANDED A PLAN

Every program you've bought gave you a meal plan and a macro number. None of them told you where that number came from, or what to do when your week changes. So the moment real life shows up you're guessing — because nobody ever actually taught you how any of it works.

03

NOBODY'S WATCHING

You can quit on a Wednesday and nobody knows. No check-in, no group, nobody asking. Every program you've bought has been something you could silently stop doing.

04

ALL OR NOTHING

One bad meal becomes a bad day, a bad day becomes a bad week, and you're out. Nobody taught you how to have a mediocre week and keep going — which is the only skill that actually matters.

That second one is why this isn't just six weeks of food. You get the full course that teaches you to build and adjust your own plan — so you're not back here next fall looking for another challenge.

WHO'S ACTUALLY COACHING YOU

Nick Page

Nick is a gym owner and the founder of NutritionX. He's been a personal trainer for 12 years and a nutritionist for 5. In April of 2025 he was in the best shape of his life. Then he was diagnosed with bone cancer. He was 27.

The next nine months were surgery to remove the tumor, then 27 weeks of chemo. It left him at 254 pounds — 51 heavier than he'd ever been, with a fraction of the muscle he'd spent a decade building. He'd spent his whole career walking other people through transformations, and then had to run one on himself.

He's 39 pounds down with 10 to go. And he's doing these six weeks alongside you!

Cristian Mejía — Head Nutritionist

Cris holds a master's in dietetics and a master's in sports nutrition, and has coached executives and high performers around the world — people whose schedules were the whole problem.

He's not here to hand you a number and disappear. He'll teach you why your number is what it is, and how food connects to everything around it — your sleep, your stress, how well you actually recover. And with his sports nutrition background, if you're training at all, he'll show you how to eat so that training pays off instead of burning you out.

He reads every weekly check-in himself. When you post a question on a Tuesday night, Cris is who answers it.

SEPTEMBER IS CHILDHOOD CANCER AWARENESS MONTH

$50 OF EVERY ENTRY BENEFITS MSK KIDS

In April of 2025 Nick was diagnosed with bone cancer. What followed was 27 weeks of chemotherapy — 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, three weeks on, then 10 days in quarantine.

Because of the cancer he was had, he was treated on the 9th floor at Memorial Sloan Kettering — the pediatric unit. The weeks he spent on that floor surrounded by kids going through cancer were the most humbling of his life. What those kids and their families endure is something he'd never wish on anyone.

This September — Childhood Cancer Awareness Month — NutritionX is giving back. $50 of every entry goes to the MSK Kids Joy Fund, which puts money into toys, games and creative ways to bring smiles to kids in treatment.

If all 50 spots fill, that's $2,500.

Your $149 is a purchase, not a tax-deductible donation. NutritionX is not affiliated with or endorsed by Memorial Sloan Kettering.

FAQs

Your Questions Answered on Nutrition and Wellness

I've never tracked macros or counted anything. Is this too advanced for me?

No — it's built for exactly that person. Your targets get calculated for you, and the nine-video setup course walks you through everything before day one. You don't need to arrive knowing anything. You'll leave knowing how to do it yourself, which is the actual point.

Do I have to track and measure my food?

No. Some people find it useful early on — putting a few meals on a food scale is the fastest way to see what a portion actually looks like and roughly how many calories you're eating. Most people are genuinely surprised by the gap. But it's a tool for building awareness, not a requirement. You can hit your targets without ever touching a scale. Do it for a week, do it the whole six weeks, or don't do it at all.

Is there a workout program?

No, and that's on purpose. This is a nutrition challenge. If you already train, this makes your training count for a lot more. If you don't train at all, you can still do every part of this and get results — nutrition is where body composition is won.

What if I can't make the live calls?

Every call is recorded and posted in the community. Calls are Wednesdays at 7:30 PM ET. You can also drop questions in the group beforehand and we'll answer them on the call.

Do I have to cook separate meals from my family?

No. Your plan is built from normal food, and the weekly lessons cover how to eat what your household is already eating while still hitting your targets. Anyone selling you six weeks of chicken and broccoli is selling you something you'll quit in ten days.

I'm vegetarian / have allergies / have restrictions. Does this still work?

Yes. Your targets are numbers, not a fixed menu, and your starter meals are built from food you actually eat. Tell us on the intake form and we'll work around it.

What if I travel or have events during the six weeks?

Then you'll learn the most useful skill in this whole thing. Real life doesn't pause for a challenge, and a plan that only works on a perfect week isn't a plan. We cover travel, restaurants and events directly — and yes, Halloween being the last day is on purpose.

What actually happens after I pay?

You'll get an email confirming your payment and we will breakdown the 2 applications you will use and how to get access to them! The week leading up to Day 1 (September 28th) we will be using that entire week to help you prepare!

What happens on November 8th? Do I lose access?

No. You keep access to the private community for free — you're not losing anything on November 1. You'll also have six weeks of data on yourself and a plan you understand well enough to adjust on your own.

How is the winner actually picked?

The winner is the person with the best overall before-and-after who also showed up: engaged with their nutrition coach, participated in the group, and did the work every week. It's not who loses the most weight. It's who applied what we teach and changed their body the most.

Is the $50 donation real?

Yes, and we'll publish the total raised to the group at the end. To be clear about how it works: your $149 is a payment for coaching services, not a charitable donation, so it isn't tax-deductible — I make the donation out of what you pay.

READY?

The next six weeks are going to pass whether you're in this or not. The only question is whether you get to November 8th having built something, or having lost a little more ground.
